Characteristics of Spatial–Temporal Variations in Coupling Coordination between Industrial Water Use and Industrial Green Development Systems in China

The coupling coordination between industrial water use (IWU) and green development (IGD) systems is crucial for achieving sustainable goals. This paper measures the degree IWU IGD systems, spatial–temporal evolution characteristics of are discussed. Here, system assessed by adopting a dynamic slacks-based measure model, system’s performance evaluated using an entropy-weighted TOPSIS model. results showed that: (1) provincial efficiency rising trend from 2009 to 2018 in general, while its spatial dimension distribution high eastern region low western region. (2) was better than that central regions; gap innovation resources main factor. (3) structure gradually stable. It also had strong dependence volatility has been enhanced.
